Description

•As a Senior Revenue Systems Manager, you will be pivotal in managing and optimizing the tools and systems that support our revenue functions. •Ensure data integrity and enhance process efficiencies across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams. •Lead design, implementation, and optimisation of revenue systems and processes, including CRM and billing platforms. •Drive continuous improvement initiatives to automate manual processes and improve system functionality. •Manage and mentor junior team members and external vendors as needed. •Serve as the primary point of contact for system upgrades, implementations, and migrations.

Requirements

•7+ years of experience managing revenue systems, preferably in a high-growth or technology environment. •Ability to deliver under ambiguity. •Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. •Strong proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce (our main CRM). Experience with HubSpot desired (our Marketing engine) as well as engagement tools (SalesLoft, Gong) and other •Proven track record of implementing and optimising CRM systems and related tools •Excellent project management skills •Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. •Preferred experience leading a team with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
