• Analyse existing systems (Bullhorn, RSM InTime, NetSuite, Concur) and identify areas for improvement. • Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance system efficiency and data accuracy. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems meet the evolving needs of the business. • Oversee data integrity and management within recruitment and sales systems. • Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and best practices. • Liaise with sales teams to understand business objectives and commercial drivers. • Work closely with the operations team to understand and improve the operational processes. • Serve as a key point of contact between IT, sales, and recruitment teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration. • Participate in or lead agile projects aimed at system upgrades or process improvements. • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. • Continuously monitor and refine project outcomes to meet business needs. • Proactively identify and address system-related issues or inefficiencies. • Innovate and propose new solutions to improve the recruitment and sales processes. • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
• Proven experience as a Systems Analyst, preferably in the recruitment or sales sector. • Strong proficiency in Bullhorn, NetSuite, Concur and RSM InTime systems. • Familiarity with Job posting tools (broadbean) and LinkedIn Recruiter • Experience in data management, including data analysis and reporting. • Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative approach. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively between technical and non-technical teams. • Understanding of both commercial and operational aspects of a business. • Experience with agile project management methodologies is a plus. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
