• Coordinate with business stakeholders identifying business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions (heavy focus on Salesforce). • Manage various business systems projects, including gathering information, planning, and executing projects. • Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules. • Formulate and maintain documentation (e.g., process flows, data models, and technical specifications). • Work with the design team to ensure that the most significant business operations are addressed. • Educate and promote CRM standard procedures to guarantee that the solutions produced are highest in class for the business's overall strategy and ethos. • Familiarity with the backlog grooming process, attributes, review, and approval process. • Plan and monitor large projects by ensuring that needs are within scope and communicating any variances for inclusion in the change control process. • Assist in product owner responsibilities, including defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process. • Maintain a functional grasp of the business requirements and project solutions.
• Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. • Expertise in development tools and processes that will aid in formulating use cases and designing project requirements (Gitlab, Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow). • Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, and DevOps. • Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build sustainable applications. • Excellent interpersonal and organisational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers. • Ability to grasp the requirements from various business units and translate/present into technical outputs. • Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
