• Own and execute on the sales cycle • Achieve and exceed monthly goals & targets through proactive outbound sales activity • Contribute to the future of new Products and Features by working with engineers and support Marketing teams to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market • Support the growth teams initiatives on messaging and the development of our marketing content to help drive better inbound and outbound sales • Use prior sales experience to inform a creative go to market strategy, uncovering new ways of unlocking exponential growth
• 2+ years experience in a sales executive or growth role • Experienced and proven track record of exceeding sales targets, selling to small businesses, and closing deals using clear, repeatable funnels and frameworks • Comfortable using data and excel/database reports that will help fine-tune the accuracy of our brand scores/fit assessment • Have the ability to drive deals independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with limited supervision • Ability to communicate, collaborate and advocate ideas as well as execute, take ownership and be hands-on
