• Responsibility for integrating all aspects of sales planning, reporting, forecasting and sales processes for acquisitions globally • Develop and drive the sales forecasting change process while maintaining a strong relationship leadership of acquired companies, to ensure timely, accurate and prompt sales forecasts • Help deliver change in acquired business from the existing sales, service and marketing models to ones that Commify have optimised over time. This will range from CRM implementation to sales strategies and forecasting/reporting • Work with the Sales Operations Director to establish goals to support business segments revenue goals while they go through the integration plan • Implement policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, and take ownership over, all data in the acquired businesses CRM platforms that exist across the business; • Provide continuous training on Salesforce/general CRM best practice for business Commify acquires globally • Implement sales incentive plans for territories and support the financial plans of the Group • Complete ad hoc business analysis, as required
• Strong focus and understanding of Sales activities in general - including but not limited to sales planning, reporting, forecasting and sales process optimisation • A data centric attitude, can cut through the noise and use data effectively to tell the narrative on business performance • Ability to conduct sophisticated analysis of complex sales data and derive coherent deliverables; • Proven in delivering business change projects • Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, especially SalesForce, including experience of all aspects of the sales cycle and workflow generation • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; • Knowledge and appreciation of marketing processes, strategies and pipeline • Proven experience within commercial finance / sales support in a complex business-to-business environment • Results driven and target focussed • Ability to motivate and lead a team • Excellent commercial acumen
