Description

• Provide general administration and filing of HR documentation • Prepare employee documentation inc. new starter letters, induction packs, probationary letters, contracts of employment • Manage onboarding process, carry out employment checks and reference requests and support integration of new joiner to organisation • Manage leaver process, communicating with relevant managers and updating internal systems • Complete and file documentation for new starters and leavers and ensure all employee files are accurate and up to date • Manage and maintain internal HR system, Hibob. Ensuring all employee information, absence records and training records etc. are kept up to date • Support with employee relations as and when required, such as preparing letters and taking minutes • Lead company communication and employee engagement initiatives • Support the People and Culture team with company handbook, policy updates and relevant paperwork • Support the People and Culture team with data preparation for monthly and annual reports

Requirements

• Experience of working within a HR or similar environment • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent computer skills and experience • Experience of producing and analysing reports • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels • Able to prioritise and plan own workload in accordance with deadlines • Integrity, trust and confidentiality
