• Oversee the financial strategy, management, and operations of Clear Junction. • Lead and manage the Finance Department. • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. • Oversee the preparation and presentation of internal and external financial reports. • Manage the company’s budgeting process and payroll accounting. • Manage operational relationships with partner banks and financial service providers. • Oversee capital management processes and audit processes. • Maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance. • Contribute to the development of company products. • Oversee the HR function and develop talent strategies.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred. • Extensive experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and reporting as well as Treasury Management • Knowledge of Global banking systems and payment schemes • Established experience and skills in a similar capacity in the banking/fintech/payments space in a director-level role • Proven leadership experience in managing finance teams and HR functions. • Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements, including Client Money rules and regulations • Excellent communication, collaboration, and strategic thinking skills. • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. • A can-do attitude to make a positive contribution to the company.
