Description
• Responsible for implementing and delivering policies, processes, and reporting outputs aligned with the MA requirements
Requirements
• Support the Compliance director to work with the MA of CFC Syndicate 1988 to ensure the Syndicate operates in accordance with FCA requirements • Support the relationship with the MA including preparation for CFC Syndicate 1988 and internal CFC Board and Committee meetings • Ensure CFC complies with all MA governance requirements, policies, procedures, training, disclosure, management information and reporting requirements • Support the Compliance Director in the preparation of the Compliance and Risk Report for CFC Group, and the preparation of the supporting pack.
