• Support TA Specialists in delivering recruitment service. • Ensure efficient recruitment support and administration for end-to-end processes. • Work with hiring managers to ensure best practice. • Arrange interviews, book meeting rooms, and gain availability. • Provide timely communications, updates, and feedback to candidates and agencies. • Maintain accurate team MI/Data. • Create recruitment MI/reporting and track key metrics. • Post job adverts on social media and job boards. • Draft employment offers and support new joiner onboarding. • Ensure pre-employment background checks are completed. • Support on external recruitment events and assessment days.
• Strong Excel skills are critical for this role.
