• The HR Operations Specialist will play a pivotal role in CFC’s HR Operations team. • Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of HR processes and systems. • Involved in ensuring the smooth operation of HR systems. • Support global mobility and immigration initiatives as CFC expands. • Take ownership of HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements within HR operations to support. • Provide support and guidance to employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and systems. • Develop and implement streamlined processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy. • Generate and support updates to HR documentation, including contracts and policies. • Generate reports on HR data and provide analysis. • Assist in the coordination and administration of performance reviews processes. • Support the smooth implementation of Workday as a new HRiS for CFC Group. • Assist in building training materials and delivering training to employees. • Support HR activities associated with the setup of new CFC entities.
