Description
• The newly created role of Head of Marketing Technology will own and deliver on the technical vision for our AdTech platforms to drive both our marketing activities and our rapidly growing retail media business. • The role, which will report directly to our Director of Growth Marketing and with a dotted line into our Director of OEM & Media will help the business develop new ways to reach and monetise audiences and users as well as drive the performance of our existing advertising products whilst developing new and innovative advertising solutions for our car manufacturer partners. • You will also have one eye to the future, predicting trends and ensuring we are well placed for structural changes to the market and able to capitalise on growth opportunities -as we scale as a business. • The role requires extensive strategic and operational experience in delivering MarTech and AdTech solutions whilst working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
Requirements
• Extensive and comprehensive knowledge of ad technologies • Demonstrable experience scoping, evaluating and implementing ad technologies (CDPs, DMPs, GAM essential and clean rooms) • The vision to help build best-in-class client solutions for current and future requirements • Experience identifying and implementing new monetisation and revenue opportunities • Experience working with multiple stakeholders to collect requirements and propose technical solutions- and influence the delivery of key strategic projects • Deep understanding of the technical requirements and implementation process for key advertising technology partners and systems • Knowledge of the evolving digital media landscape including identity, audience data and reporting trends • Experience overseeing a delivery team to drive operational excellence and efficiency • Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to influence through all levels of the organisation • A data and growth focused mindset with strong analytical skills and a natural curiosity to interrogate data and identify opportunities for the business
