• Act as the subject matter expert for marketing analytics, working closely with the CMO to build a robust understanding of the impact of marketing activity on business metrics • Lead marketing analytics and reporting for Uswitch, developing and optimising a future-proofed foundation that drives decisions across paid, earned and owned channels both within each channel and combined across channels • Be a driving force in the development of a single customer view, fuelling a central audience strategy that informs next best action models across all digital channels • Develop a robust LTV model, working with marketing leads to optimise investment decisions and activity based on longer-term value • Present and explain complex analytical findings in a clear and actionable manner to stakeholders at various levels
• Proficiency in all areas of marketing analytics such as brand health, digital attribution, customer segmentation and value, CRM and LTV. Knowledge of econometrics is a plus • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to extract and clearly articulate the most meaningful information from data to a wide variety of audiences • Excellent SQL and data manipulation / wrangling skills; particularly in reference to Google BigQuery and DBT • Strong base knowledge of statistical modelling techniques, e.g.Significance Testing, Multivariate Modelling, MMM, p-value, A/B testing • Experience managing and developing other analysts
