Description

• Owning and managing the full end-to-end delivery in your area across all monetised channels, ensuring deadlines are met and the media is delivered as per the SLAs. • Ownership of reporting on agreed key deliverables to the Senior Client Manager and the wider business. • Line management of direct reports, holding weekly 121 meetings, creating workplans, hosting appraisals, and tracking their day-to-day output and progression. • Ensuring all monetised media in your area is delivered seamlessly while mitigating any revenue risk. You will be a key point of escalation for resolution management. • Ownership of a media channel and/or process, championing the process and the execution of media in this area. • Building strong relationships with your clients, internal and external teams to drive collaboration across all functions. • Delivering training sessions to clients where required to support seamless co-ordination.

Requirements

• The ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external). • Exceptional communication and relationship skills to confidently work with senior stakeholders and external clients. • The ability to work in and adapt to an ever-changing, fast-paced, challenging environment. • The ability to manage a team and upskill through training. • An interest in working and growing a career within a marketing agency.
