• Taking ownership on client accounts, including sharing strategic opportunities and yearly forecasts. • Developing comprehensive social media strategies and leading social media innovation initiatives. • Quickly learning about Medialab’s data-driven approach to media and high levels of client service. • Delivering accurate and detailed excel media plans across digital channels and providing performance projections. • Coordinating and managing campaigns on social channels, including budget pacing and optimisations. • Leading the set up of tracking for digital campaigns and ensuring conversions events are reported correctly. • Managing relationships with suppliers, tech-providers and partner agencies. • Presenting strategic recommendations to clients to help them achieve their objectives and drive growth. • Managing and developing of Account Executives, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations.
• Experience of delivering paid social campaigns, with understanding of Meta, CAPI & Advantage+ • Experience with other social platforms, including TikTok / Pinterest / Snapchat • Experience delivering Display and Video campaigns through the Google stack and other partners is desirable. • Deep knowledge and proven performance utilising key digital platforms; including but not limited to Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, Search Ads 360 and Google Analytics • Deep understanding of digital performance to analyse clients’ historic and current activity to inform your media recommendations. • Ability to communicate complex topics with clarity, confidence and conviction • Highly numerate and able to set and monitor budgets across multiple campaigns • Adept at juggling multiple projects for multiple stake holders
