Description
• Collaborate with the Head of Sales to build on and deliver a comprehensive Key Account acquisition strategy • Manage and close a pipeline of key account customers within the top 400 GetAgent clients • Utilise a combination of communication channels to approach each account strategically, meeting in person where possible • Attend industry conferences to expand network and relationships • Achieve sales targets as the sole contributor
Requirements
• Proven track record of successfully selling to high-value customers • Demonstrated ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships • A likeable and approachable personality with the ability to make clients feel genuinely valued and interested in their needs • Proven success in a target-driven sales role • Excellent all-round communicator • Strong phone sales, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills • Data driven - comfortable with analysing and presenting sales data; and using this data to inform strategy • A driver's licence and car (may have to attend meetings accessible most conveniently by car) • Experience working within the real estate sector is not essential but may be beneficial
