Description

• As a key member of our SalesOps team, the Sales Operations Manager plays a critical role in driving the success and efficiency of our Global Sales and Account Management team. • We’re looking for someone who’ll partner with sales leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue growth and operational efficiency. • Your responsibilities will include leading projects, maintaining and optimizing our Salesforce platform, and continually enhancing our sales processes and tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, preferably with a focus on global markets. • Experience in structuring sales teams and optimizing sales processes to drive revenue growth. • It is suited for a proactive individual capable of navigating complex, ambiguous, and highly visible challenges. • Proficient in Salesforce, experience with SQL, analytics and metric visualization tools. • Excellent analytical skills to measure the impact of initiatives and make data-driven decisions. • Ability to work effectively across different teams, demonstrating strong collaboration, communication and project management skills. • Candidates with non-traditional backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply.
