• Compiling and sending insurance policy documentation to customers within an agreed timeframe • Monitoring and reporting on documentation accuracy • Processing cancellations of insurance policies and issuing refunds to customers • Managing team inboxes through the allocation and completion of emails • Creating daily case reports and case allocation • Working towards progressive targets
• Confident in working with various stakeholders • Effective communication skills and time management skills • Can deliver on KPI’s in fast paced environment • Act with the highest ethical standards due to the regulatory environment within the Insurance team • Able to work the basics of Microsoft office products, Word, Excel & PowerPoint • Laser focused in your attention to detail • Enthusiastic with a positive/can-do mindset
