Description

• Avantia Law is looking for a high performing and driven Sales Development Representative to support our Sales Directors in generating leads and expanding our client base. • Prospecting through online outreach (e.g. LinkedIn) as well as cold calling to introduce our services to potential clients and set up meetings for the Sales Directors. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. • Collaborate with the Sales Directors and other SDRs to develop and implement effective prospect target lists. • Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations. • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a B2B sales-related (or similar) role. • Basic understanding of CRM systems and sales tracking tools. • A proactive and results-oriented mindset. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with prospects, build relationships, and articulate the value proposition of our legal services. • Excellent organisational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. • Self-motivated with a passion for achieving and exceeding goals. • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members and cross-functional stakeholders, including the Chief Commercial Officer, Sales Directors and lead lawyers. • Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving start-up. • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not essential.
