• Manage performance of paid search campaigns for clients. • Specialise in AI-powered search practices implementation. • Oversee and guide Senior and Account Executives' work. • Ensure delivery against client business objectives. • Quality control and provide constructive feedback. • Utilise technology to deliver client performance. • Conduct daily diagnostics for error management. • Analyze data for actionable insight. • Foster partnerships with clients and media owners. • Own presentations and meetings with clients. • Collaborate with other teams on projects. • Train team members for development.

Requirements

• Excellent paid search knowledge, with up-to-date certifications. • Operationally proficient with project management skills. You demonstrate a clear ability to manage multiple tasks and differing priorities, not only for yourself but for others. • Solid understanding of Microsoft Office such as Excel and PowerPoint. • Exceptional attention to detail. • An understanding of how to drive insights from data. You can focus on causation, not just correlation in data sets. • Evidence of being able to manage large multi-market clients and budget for Search. • Effective communicator. You will show an ability to be able to talk to clients about performance of accounts and optimisations. • Experience in line management and setting development plans for your direct reports. • Excellent knowledge of bid management platforms and other Paid Search technologies (Google Analytics, Google Marketing Platform, Search Ads 360, Adobe etc.). • You don’t shy away from taking ownership for you and your team’s output. You identify solutions to problems and are proactive to preventing issues.
