Description

• Lead and manage the end-to-end 360 recruitment cycle, including selling Airswift’s permanent hiring solution to sourcing and qualifying candidates for vacancies • Deliver a range of permanent recruitment offerings and tailored solutions to Airswift’s key global, regional and new business clients • Proactively hunt for new business and capitalise on opportunities to maximise GP revenue • Be able to demonstrate Airswift’s full suite of services both internally and in a client facing environment

Requirements

• A strong team player and the ability to work effectively with a diverse workforce • Tenacious and determined to succeed • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Possess strong organisational skills and must be detail oriented • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) • Demonstrable leadership ability and be seen as a role model/expert • A great work ethic with a desire to get the job at hand done • Proven track record as a Recruitment Consultant or phone based sales role preferred, but not required • A decision maker and solutions provider • Be able to identify and secure sales opportunities across the suite of services
