• Develop and manage relationships with key strategic partners • Identify new partnership opportunities and strategies • Utilize data-driven insights to create and execute partnership plans • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful outcomes • Monitor partnership performance using KPIs • Stay informed about industry trends and opportunities • Represent Aircall at industry events and conferences

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field • At least 4+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role • Strong track record in managing strategic partnerships • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of the UK and Ireland markets • Experience in representing an organization in public forums is a plus
