• Responsible for voice-initiated client engagement to reactivate lapsed accounts • Driving revenue growth through cross-sell and up-sell opportunities • Maintaining detailed notes on CRM tool to support key performance reporting • Ensuring data hygiene in the CRM tool for all clients engaged with • Generating leads and appointments for the sales team
• Results orientated approach, with a proven track record of successfully meeting telesales-based targets • Ability to work through a high volume of daily client calls, with sustained motivation • Proactive, with lots of initiative, and the ability to think on your feet • Resilient with a positive attitude • Focused on individual performance and success • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Highly motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
