• Develop and implement a data-driven marketing strategy for the EMEA region, aligned with global and regional business objectives. • Develop and implement localised marketing campaigns across all channels (digital, content, events, etc.) to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth. • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activity in the EMEA wealth management technology space. • Develop positive relationships with key partners and industry influencers. • Collaborate with regional sales, client management, services and partner teams to understand market needs, develop effective marketing programs, and achieve shared goals. • Track and measure the success of marketing campaigns and programs, and provide data-driven insights to optimise performance. • Excel in a fast-paced environment and possess a bias for action. Test new marketing initiatives, iterating quickly, and adapting based on data and results.
• 10+ years of shown experience in B2B financial services marketing, with a proven track record of success in driving growth within the financial technology or wealth management industry. • Experience in setting clear goals and objectives, and holding vendors or partners accountable for delivering results. • Strong understanding of the EMEA marketing landscape and cultural nuances. • Ability to translate marketing goals into measurable return on investment and give to the achievement of overall business objectives. • Deep expertise in digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media, ad platforms, etc.). • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data insights into actionable marketing strategies. • Proficiency in English, with additional European languages a plus.
