Requirements
• 1-2 years of SDR or similar experience, with a history of exceeding lead targets • Strong communication skills via phone and email • A self-starter who will think outside the box • Stay up to date with relevant market trends and developments • Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills • Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organisation • Proficiency with using CRM systems • The ability to work on site from Adarga’s London office at least 2 days a week
