Description

• Assessing and qualifying inbound leads to determine their fit and readiness for further engagement • Proactively generating new leads through various channels including, email outreach, cold calling, social media, and networking events • Scheduling meetings and product demos for the sales team, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities • Following up with prospects and leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel • Working closely with the sales, marketing, and partnerships teams to align strategies and share insights on lead quality and conversion • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all lead interactions and activities in the CRM system (HubSpot) • Monitoring and reporting on key metrics, including the number of leads generated, meetings set, and conversion rates.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably within a SaaS or fintech environment • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred • Strong prospecting and lead generation skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in using CRM software (HubSpot preferred) and other sales tools • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude • Highly organised with strong time management skills • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
