Description

• We’re looking for a people person with a passion for sales and a proven track record. • As our Sales Team Lead you will oversee a team of 6-10 Sales Account Managers within our renewals team. • Responsibilities include conducting one-to-one meetings, managing team performance against activity KPIs, analysing performance behaviours, and coaching team members. • The role also involves leading training sessions and collaborating with internal stakeholders to develop processes that enhance team efficiency.

Requirements

• Experienced in Sales, having at least 1-2 years of short Sales cycle selling. • Experience in leading Salespeople: whether as a mentor or a formal leadership role. • Passionate about building a high-performing team and committed to supporting the development of the people within it • In the detail and able to identify and communicate trends in performance • Sociable, with a desire to work in a company with a great culture. • Not afraid of a challenge, rather, you are looking for one! • Working with our merchants, helping handle any managerial escalations from your team, including complaints. • Working on projects with internal stakeholders throughout the business to improve Sales processes and help your team sell more, more efficiently!
