• This is a full time role for 40 contracted hours per week • We are looking for a talented Data Analyst as we look to establish our Data and Insights function. • The role will include hands-on and strategic components, and you’ll work closely with our tech and growth teams to drive business decisions. • You’ll have ownership across external and internal reporting initiatives, and will be motivated to bring structure and scalability to our database and reporting workstreams. • The ideal candidate for this role will be highly analytical and passionate about how data is collected and utilised, as well as able to build great relationships across many parts of an organisation and build rapport with our partner stakeholders. • We are a growing team dedicated to improving healthcare. • 1 + year as a Data Analyst (or a similar role) • Strong understanding of SQL and Bigquery, or similar relational database languages • Strong analytical skills • Experience working with internal customers and understanding their needs • Strong awareness of commercial and strategic drivers to translate data into real user and business outcomes • Excellent communication and presentation skills • Enthusiasm, passion, energy and the desire to make positive change • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (nice to have) • Experience in python (nice to have) • Experience in B2B analytics (nice to have)
