Description

• Develop and deliver comprehensive reporting solutions to key business areas including commercial, marketing, and customer service departments using PowerBI and SQL • Maintain high standards of data accuracy and quality by performing rigorous data validation and error-checking processes • Oversee the usage and performance of reports and dashboards, ensuring they meet the needs of internal stakeholders and remain up-to-date • Conduct statistical analysis to uncover insights, trends, and patterns in data, providing actionable recommendations to improve business decisions • Learn and apply key data visualization techniques to create insightful and easy-to-understand reports for various stakeholders • Work with the team to establish and implement data quality measurement and reporting frameworks to ensure data integrity across all reporting solutions • Continuously seek out new technologies and methodologies to innovate and optimize data management processes • Support the implementation of automation in reporting solutions to support the self-service adoption of analytics, enhancing efficiency and scalability

Requirements

• Previous experience with PowerBI, SQL, Excel and a background with advanced data manipulation and analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, Apache Spark) • Experience working with multiple business functions (e.g. sales, marketing, content, product teams) to deliver value from data analytics • A background within data analytics environment with a strong emphasis on customer and marketing related analytics • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Innovative thinking with a proactive approach to identifying and solving data management challenges • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices • Ability to manage workload and prioritise accordingly • A solid understanding of relevant data standards and regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)
