Description
• Leading requirement gathering workshops, interviews, and deep-dive sessions • Managing end-to-end functional requirements across the product lifecycle • Creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates • Collaborating with internal and external teams to develop requirements and anticipate challenges • Resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope • Supporting client product owners in finalising requirement details and articulating decisions • Transferring completed functional tickets to client BAs and ensuring clarity • Assisting in backlog prioritisation aligned with strategic goals • Serving as a single point of contact for matters related to scope and decisions • Contributing to and participating in all agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and planning
Requirements
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in business analysis • Expertise in driving the creation of detailed component and page template specifications within JIRA • Proven track record in gathering and managing functional requirements across the product lifecycle • Experience in creating detailed functional tickets with comprehensive acceptance criteria for complex AEM components and templates • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and anticipate challenges • Proactive in resolving blockers and unknowns related to requirements and scope • Strong communication skills to support client product owners and articulate decisions • Proficiency in agile methodologies and participation in agile ceremonies • Ability to prioritize backlog functionality in line with strategic goals and considerations
