Description

• Ensure compliance with SFDR, MiFID II, and other relevant ESG and non-ESG regulations • Monitor regulatory developments and provide timely updates to senior management • Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks • Provide strategic advice on regulatory issues related to ESG and non-ESG • Work with various departments to integrate regulatory requirements into business operations • Advise on the implications of regulatory changes and ensure proactive compliance • Identify and assess regulatory risks related to SFDR, MiFID, ESG, and non-ESG activities • Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and controls • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices • Ensure continuous professional development in regulatory compliance across the organization • Prepare regulatory reports and submissions as required by regulatory authorities • Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and decisions • Liaise with regulators, industry bodies, and other stakeholders on compliance matters • Represent the company at industry forums and regulatory consultations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business, or a related field • A master’s degree or professional certification in compliance or regulatory affairs is preferred • Extensive experience (5+ years) in a regulatory compliance role within the financial services sector • In-depth knowledge of SFDR, MiFID II, ESG regulations, and non-ESG regulatory frameworks • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
