Description

•The Compensation and Benefits team is responsible for strategy and operational excellence •Looking for a Senior Benefits Program Manager to contribute to benefits strategy and roadmap •Provide analysis, development, communications, and implementation of employee benefits programs •Function as a consultative partner to various teams within the organization •Report to the Director, Benefits and Programs

Requirements

•Bachelors' degree in a related field or equivalent related professional experience •5+ years of benefits design and administration experience in a fast-paced, evolving, and high growth environment •Strong knowledge of global health and welfare benefit programs including healthcare, life, disability, etc. •Current with new benefit developments, statutory requirements, and industry trends •Strong vendor management skills; demonstrated experience managing contracts •Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects from conception to completion •Excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interface with all levels of the organization •Excellent Microsoft application skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) •Workday knowledge a plus
