• At least 8 to 12 years of experience driving consumer acquisition through partnerships • At least 3 years experience managing people • Strong sales and marketing background, including commercial modelling and revenue sharing • Ability to develop and execute complex business development strategies • Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams • Strong understanding of marketing funnels and consumer marketing channels • Experience leading partnerships with various sectors • Comfortable with direct sales of software and services • Experience across US and European markets • Fluency in German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or Italian is a plus • Bachelor's degree required
