Description
• Vonage is seeking an experienced and innovative Digital Content Designer for Sales and Support Enablement team. • Role demands understanding of learning sciences, design principles, and educational technology. • Manage large-scale training projects and develop digital learning solutions to enhance skills of sales representatives and customer care agents.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Graphic Design, Educational Technology, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in digital content creation within a technology or educational setting. • Proficient with SCORM standards and e-learning authoring tools like Rise 360. • Strong graphic design skills, including proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Audacity, etc. • Significant experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), including configuration and problem-solving. • Solid understanding of learning sciences, design principles, and the ADDIE model. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and project and time management skills.
