• Evaluate content across various platforms including websites, social media, and other digital mediums • Apply predefined criteria to assess the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content in Arabic (Saudi Arabia) • Rate content based on established guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy in assessments • Provide detailed feedback on content quality, highlighting areas for improvement when necessary • Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in rating decisions • Stay updated on industry trends and changes in content guidelines to enhance rating accuracy • Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting established deadlines • Adhere to confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive information
• Native-level of Arabic from Saudi Arabia (only Saudi Arabia, not other countries) • Deep knowledge of Malaysian culture and society • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be preferred but not essential • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while reviewing content • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply guidelines effectively • Basic understanding of digital content platforms and social media • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Flexibility to adapt to evolving guidelines and priorities • Previous experience in content evaluation or rating is a plus, but not required • Customer Service experience will be highly valuable
