Description

• Writing high-quality, maintainable code • Managing pull requests and conducting thorough code reviews • Developing architectures and technical solutions • Driving the build of robust and scalable web and mobile software • Interface directly with the CTO and product owner, informing technical strategy and translating requirements into actionable technical plans and deliverables • Support and mentor the growth of junior developers.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in full stack development, deploying production-level web and/or mobile applications. • Ability to write clean and maintainable code across our tech stack: Flutter (Dart), PostgreSQL, Django (Python). • Experience with REST API, database, and microservice architecture design. • Implementation of CI/CD pipelines. • Effective delivery within an Agile development environment. • Willingness to participate in all-company and software-team on-site anchor days i.e., working from the office 2-3 days per week.
