• Welcome employees, clients, vendors, and guests with a friendly demeanor • Handle incoming calls and direct inquiries professionally • Receive, sort, and distribute all mail and deliveries • Order meals for leadership and special clients • Maintain an inviting and organized front office • Keep staff contact lists, manuals, and databases up to date • Assist in planning and setting up staff functions and events • Engage with agency leadership and external clients • Support I.T and HR on welcoming new starters and leavers • Work with the LA office on coordinating leadership visits • Order weekly refreshments for the office • Manage office facilities requirements • Assist the HR Manager with calendar management
• 3+ years’ experience in an Operations admin capacity or similar role • A communication wizard, both verbally and in writing, who loves making connections • An organisational guru who thrives in managing multiple tasks seamlessly • A detail-oriented individual who appreciates the little things that make a big difference • A team player who also shines bright working independently • A tech-savvy person comfortable with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel • Someone with a genuine interest in entertainment marketing and a desire to grow within the industry • Reliable, with a track record of dependable attendance and enthusiasm for new challenges
