• Senior-level experience with a proven track record in the live events industry, demonstrating deep knowledge and industry expertise • Extensive network within the live events sector, including strong connections with key promoters, venue managers, and event organisers • Proven success in securing and managing high-value partnerships, with a history of delivering significant business outcomes • Exceptional negotiation skills with a consistent track record of closing large-scale deals and securing advantageous terms • Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with experience in guiding, developing, and inspiring teams to achieve high performance • Results-driven mindset with robust sales acumen, capable of meeting ambitious targets and driving revenue growth • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport, understand client needs, and deliver tailored solutions in a dynamic sector
