Description

• Management of clients paid search and social media accounts. • Carry out daily housekeeping checks for each account within the team providing feedback to the Account Manager of any potential problems or opportunities. • Develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts driving results for client KPIs. • Coordinate paid media messaging with clients, external agency partners and other stakeholders. • Analysis of paid media accounts including digital advertising costs and returns. • Analysis of paid media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine efficacy and areas for paid media campaign improvement. • Work with other departments and clients to develop paid media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages. • Monitors and develop campaign performance reports. • Generate regular performance reports and commentary, providing insights and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance and areas for improvement. • Monitor and develop report on competitor activity within paid media channels. • Assist Account Manager in maintaining regular communication with clients, providing updates on campaign progress, performance insights, and strategic recommendations. • Working proactively to develop your own skillset. • Work on technical strategy, with the support of your line manager.
