Description
• The Compliance and Risk Team are passionate about ensuring that customers achieve good outcomes. • The Monitoring and Testing Team are a business critical team within this function. • Responsible for the delivery of the Compliance and Risk Framework monitoring and testing programme • Provide assurance that policy and process align to regulatory requirements and guidance. • Support the business in the identification, remediation and resolution of issues. • Responsible for management of the Monitoring and Testing Team. • Provide advice and support to the Line of Business alongside assurance. • Promote appropriate awareness and understanding of compliance and risk. • Maintain oversight to ensure risks, including regulatory risk, are considered.
Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of FCA’s rules and regulations such as CONC, Consumer Duty, ICOBS and DISP • Previously occupied a compliance or risk management role in a consumer credit firm • Identifying areas for potential improvement or innovation • Prudent, inquisitive and analytical to develop pragmatic solutions • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
