• Manage a portfolio of projects ensuring delivery in scope, time, and budget. • Develop and manage detailed project schedules and plans. • Assemble, plan, and lead technical teams to achieve project objectives. • Track project progress, costs, and manage changes. • Create and maintain project documentation. • Provide project reporting for stakeholders. • Oversee onboarding of customers into managed services. • Manage service changes and go-lives. • Conduct regular reviews with customers and stakeholders. • Implement continual service improvements.

Requirements

• Experienced and Prince 2 certified Project Manager. • Exposure to delivery of a range of IT projects. • Ability to support clients through complex transformation programmes. • Technical knowledge in networking solutions and systems integration. • Opportunities to keep skills updated in technology and PM methodology.
