Description
• Lead and manage IT projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the desired quality standard. • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and effectively communicate project requirements to all stakeholders. • Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation. • Identify, analyse, and manage project risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met and stakeholder expectations are aligned. • Monitor project progress, track milestones, and report project status to stakeholders and management. • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams and clients.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a project management role in the IT/IS industry. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT projects on time and within budget. • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and interact with clients. • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. • Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and technology infrastructure. • PMP certification or other relevant certifications are preferred. • Experience in the automotive sector or data integration/migration projects is a plus.
