• Experience in a sustainability role • Knowledge of decarbonization & climate practices • Experience in the Carbon & ESG/Sustainability industry • Familiarity with software-as-a-service environments in B2B Enterprise space • Ability to listen to customer requirements and provide solutions • Outstanding storytelling and presentation skills • Experience with multi-disciplinary teams • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Passion for sustainability and commercial mindset • Empathetic team player with strong relationship-building skills • Strategic thinker with a big picture and detailed perspective • Effective problem solver, self-motivated, with a positive attitude • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to innovate • Attuned to remote collaboration and meticulous documentation • Desire to grow and mentor team members
