• As a Key Account Manager at Stint, you will be responsible for helping our customers achieve their goals with Stint. • This will be from implementation right through to long term strategic management of the account. • At all stages you will be understanding each customer’s needs and concerns, keeping track of how each customer uses Stint and the impact we have on them, and proactively reaching out to them whenever they need a helping hand. • Your primary goal is to ensure that Stint is embedded within our business partners’ operations and we have been able to transform their labour model.
• Consult with Enterprise customers, understand how Stint can be applied within their business and develop a account plan to achieve this • Work closely with internal departments (incl. Operations and Product) to deliver a premium level of service • Own and manage internal and external operational meetings and reviews, build and deliver insight during monthly and quarterly reviews of your customer portfolio • Improve health metrics by consulting and educating customers on best practices • Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core Product, Marketing and Sales process • Find opportunities to improve our customer treatment strategies based on your experience with our customers
