• Your role will be crucial in implementing the Software Requirements Specification standard (ISO/IEC/IEEE 29148-2018) within our organisation • Lead the adoption of processes, with a special focus on requirements engineering • Develop workflows, processes, and standards from scratch • Shape how we validate requirements, significantly influencing the software development life cycle
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Information Technology or related field • Minimum three years of experience in system analysis and/or software testing • Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Agile methodologies • Proficiency in creating detailed documentation, including functional specifications and test plans • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail • Familiarity with software testing • Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a focus on proactivity • A team player with a collaborative mindset
