• Sell advertising, content and multimedia services across SBC’s portfolio of media products • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients as well as new customers understanding their needs • Contribute to SBC Media’s growth strategy by providing market intelligence and new ideas • Work closely with colleagues on the media delivery, editorial and marketing teams • Make key contributions to ensuring potential is realised for SBC Media’s flagship brands • Manage the sales cycle; including sales planning, lead generation, relationship building and management
• Strong, demonstrable background of B2B sales, account management and relationship building • Experience selling advertising and media services for a B2B media company • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to open doors and build rapport and deep relationships with industry executives across levels • Ability to build and maintain their own motivation to hit targets in a developing environment • Ability to identify new business opportunities within new clients • Excellent communication skills in English • Able to deal with rapidly changing priorities and business circumstances • Engage people at all levels to contribute ideas and solve problems • Impactful in connecting across businesses / regions • Able to build trust and engage in constructive debate on key issues • Demonstrable track record delivering successful solutions to complex customer requirements • Ability to collaborate across functions, focusing on delivery not hierarchy
