• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue within the Golf, Collegiate, and Corporate sectors • Identify new market opportunities and trends to expand brand presence and customer base • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling potential clients • Manage portfolio of Golf, Licensed, and Corporate accounts, including order management, addressing customer inquiries, sales forecasting, and inventory control • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships • Negotiate contracts, manage sales agreements, and oversee account-specific promotions and sales initiatives • Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer demands within the Golf, Collegiate, and Corporate sectors • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the management team, providing insights and recommendations regarding inventory, sell-thru, product performance, and future assortment purchases • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted marketing strategies and materials for the Golf, Collegiate, and Corporate sectors • Lead and mentor any direct reports or team members, setting performance goals and conducting evaluations • Foster a collaborative and high-performing sales team environment • Manage customer interactions and resolve any issues or concerns promptly • Ensure a high level of customer service and support is maintained at all times
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field • 5+ years of sales experience in the apparel industry with a focus on Golf, Collegiate, and/or Corporate sales • Experience with applying for and managing licensed products: Trademarks, Collegiate (CLC), Greek Life (GLC), etc • Experience developing, managing, and expanding new market sectors • Experience working with product customization methods such as screen printing and embroidery • Experience creating growth strategies, sales goals, and measuring sales KPIs • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets • Excellent communicator who is comfortable with public speaking and presenting to others • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Highly organized with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel) • Tech-Savvy with experience working within Sales and CRM software • Ability to travel for client meetings, store visits, and industry events
