• 13+ years of experience building and leading a growing engineering function, ideally for a SaaS offering • A proven track record of crafting captivating and intuitive user experiences that resonate with end-users. • Over a decade of hands-on experience in building and steering engineering teams to success, particularly within the realm of SaaS offerings. • Expertise in nurturing and scaling high-performing engineering talent, fostering an environment where excellence thrives. • A thoughtful and strategic approach to engineering leadership, driving innovation while maintaining a focus on quality and efficiency. • A genuine passion for creating exceptional enterprise products that cater to a diverse global customer base. • The ability to forge strong partnerships and alignment with cross-functional teams, bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders to execute on strategic objectives. • A collaborative mindset, leveraging your technical expertise to drive positive outcomes across interdisciplinary teams. • Experience operating in environments supporting substantial user bases, ranging from tens to hundreds of millions of monthly active users. • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
