Description

• You will lead the commercial sales growth within our trading retail accounts. • Ownership of day-to-day retailer relationships. • Establish and maintain amazing relationships at all levels within the Retailer + Department Store teams. • Manage commercial negotiations on space and location, in-store visibility, and digital support with retailer Buying and Merchandising teams. • Build all net sales forecasts, meeting all financial deadlines and budget submissions. • Ensure accurate forecasting for NPD and core lines, and proactive inventory and assortment management. • Work closely with Marketing, Visual Merchandising, PR to create and deliver an annual plan for each retailer. • Manage each account P&L, balancing investment with top-line opportunity. • Provide weekly by account business recaps and monthly reports that detail sell-thru by SKU, rankings, productivity, stock & sales and competitive analysis. • Lead weekly S.I.S.O calls with teams and monthly meetings to review all business opportunities. • Work with Visual Merchandising to ensure all updates are executed in a timely manner.

Requirements

• Experience working in a similar role • Strong experience working with major UK beauty and skincare retailers • A passion for skincare and beauty with a deep understanding of the UK skincare market and trade marketing tactics • Commercially-minded and driven by hitting targets • Highly organised and able to effortlessly manage multiple work streams at the same time • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship management skills • A strong analytical understanding of how to interpret data to measure success • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and you’re a self-starter who thrives in an environment that strongly values individuals with a bias-for-action and execution
