Description
• Serve as subject matter expert in application security. • Provide technical guidance to developers. • Conduct penetration testing and threat modelling. • Lead architectural reviews for secure designs. • Own secure software development lifecycle and compliance. • Evaluate effectiveness of security controls as part of RCSA. • Assist with incident response and routine security operations. • Foster culture of security best practices.
Requirements
• Strong knowledge of secure coding practices. • Familiarity with security frameworks such as OWASP, BSIMM, or SAMM. • Experience with SAST, DAST, and SCA security tooling. • Proficiency in conducting penetration testing and vulnerability assessments. • Solid understanding of software development methodologies. • Experience in Application Security or similar role. • Strong communication skills. • Experience with threat modelling and security architecture reviews. • Familiarity with ISO 27001 implementation. • Experience with AWS and GCP cloud security services. • Relevant security certifications such as OSCP, OSWE, GPEN, etc.
