Description
• As a Sales Operations Manager, be the primary resource for driving revenue and margin through effective demand planning, inventory management, purchase order execution, and trend analysis. • Partner with internal teams to develop tools, automation, and process improvements that affect purchasing and management workflows. • Ensure high levels of forecast accuracy and attainment to fulfill commitments to both the organization and retail partners.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or retail operations within the consumer products industry. • Significant experience in multiple roles within sales, demand planning, or similar fields, preferably with major UK retailers. • Past sales experience is preferred but not required.
